Mahjong has always meant more to me than just a game. It’s about family, friendship, laughter, community and gathering around a table. From playing Chinese Mahjong with my family as a child to discovering American Mah-Jongg years later, each version has added new meaning and new connections in my life. I hope this class becomes a place where you feel welcome, curious, and excited to play.
No experience is required. Our Beginner Series is designed specifically for newcomers and provides step-by-step guidance to help you learn at a comfortable pace.
Just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Any required materials or equipment will be provided, though we recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement and participation.
If you're new, we recommend starting with the Beginner Series. If you already have some experience or specific goals, private lessons or intermediate classes may be a better fit. Contact us for personalized guidance.
If you miss a session, we'll provide resources or guidance to help you catch up. Depending on availability, you may also be able to attend a make-up class.
